Delays...

We received a note from Jan and Paul to tell us about some long and unexpected delays. They have had an incredibly exhausting day and at this time (8:00 Sunday night in China, 8:00 Sunday morning here) Maelyn has still not arrived. The following is in Jan's own words...

Just a quick note to let you know that poor little Maelyn has been on the road since 1pm this afternoon and it is now 7pm and she is still not here. Apparantly the main highway was shut down and they are on the back roads. We just heard from our guide that she will not be here for at least 3 to 4 hours. That puts us at 11pm here....

Me again - as they all have to be up at 8am Monday morning for official paperwork, this is going to a very tiring and stressful time. As such, there will likely not be a further blog update today after Maelyn's arrival. However, as soon as we hear further we will post. Let's send them all our love and support!
